sometimes we just need to sit
not in our living room
or front porch
but
somewhere new
somewhere
where
our perspective can be altered
refreshed
and
charged
a place
with no expectations
no deadlines
no agenda
that we've never seen before
with our soul
a destination
where
the grind of life
is allowed to fall to the ground
in a big heap
and be swept out of the way
for
a new life
without grinding, halting perfection
but
a perfect place
in heart
mind
body
soul
to regain
about who we are
what we choose to endeavor,
what we choose to endure,
who we choose to be surrounded by
the energy
the glow
the joy
the life
we
need
in
order
to
to
LIVE
can you tell I'm on vacation?
I see you are having a good time ;)
ReplyDeleteOooooo, what a nice place to vacation! I hope that you will be thouroghly recharged!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures!! Reading it, I thought you were going to end it with "....and we've decided to move here". That title is a bit misleading, ya know? :)
ReplyDeleteLooks like you've certainly recovered from your bug and are now having a great time. It looks like such a great place to relax and reflect. Wish I could join you. Tell everyone hello, and don't forget to send me some shells! :)
Looks so familiar!!!!!! :) Can't wait to go in Sept.!! I'm with Polly... I thought you were going to say you were moving... haha... I actually feel like that everytime we go to the beach... so I start checking out the real estate down there! You better not move there... you're suppose to move to TN right beside me! LOL! :) Glad you are being renewed!! :)
ReplyDeleteLove ya!
Kendra

I couldn't be happier for you ... or more jealous for me. LOL Keep having a blast!

Yes, I could tell you are on vacation. Those words would have a tough time flowing from home. It takes waves and salt air and socks with sandals and a big scarf around your neck. Yep, I could tell you were on vacation. hehehe See you soon!
ReplyDeleteYou are so pretty. Yes, you and the words. Have FUN!
