May Be Moving MONDAY Make Over

So I began blogging....well, I've forgotten the reason now.

Jumped in feet first.

Because that's the way you get wet, right?

And tomorrow.

Tomorrow.

Me and EC and the boys are going to look at a house.

Not the house we live in already.

Not the house that I've just started re-doing after 11 years of living in it.

Not the house that has the new coat room and the new deck and landscaping and the primed front door.

Not the house that I've plastered all over blog land.

Not the house I was trying to change UP.

We're going to look at this.

There's land.

A barn.

Woods.

Oh, and a house, of course.

This picture here is what drew me in.

I melted when I saw the window.

And.

Take a closer look.

The handle on the closet door.

Yep.

I melted.

Fell over dripping right onto the keyboard.

See what you ALL have done to me!!!!

I don't know who I am any longer.

What has happened to me?

I used to be a city girl.

Someone told me the other day, I was a farm girl.

Can your spirit be something before your body is?

Just wondering!

  1. I am a firm believer that things happen for a reason. So how did this picture happen upon you? Were you looking for house for sale or did it just happen. If it just happened then I am excited for you and I can't wait to hear what happens next. Positive side, nice new coat room helps to sell a house? Right?

  3. First of all, I miss you when I don't hear from you for a day or two. Just wanted you to know that.

I so totally understand feeling like you are being called to something different in your life. I feel like God has called me back to my heritage which was farm and country life. It has been such a desire for the last couple of years and it has been coming to fruitition.

I can't wait to hear more about this house you are looking at and why at this point is this happening. Details girl, details.

  7. Oh, my!
How did I miss THIS post???!!!
I would move for a door.
A cottage-y wooden door with a vintage handle next to a lace-y window overlooking land.
    I would so do it!
I pray that everything falls into place, and that you end up where the Lord would have you.
He hears and sees your hearts' desires, of that, I'm sure.
Just hang on for the ride!!
    HOW EXCITING!!
    Hugs!
